Oversee clinical governance, care planning, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Manage data collection and reporting for NQIP (National Aged Care Quality Indicators Program) . Ensure culturally safe and inclusive care practices that honour and respect Aboriginal Elders. Collaborate closely with residents, families, GPs, and Allied Health professionals. Promote a workplace culture focused on quality, compassion, and continuous improvement. About You You are a compassionate and confident leader who brings clinical excellence and a strong commitment to person-centred care. Essential Criteria Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in aged care, acute, or chronic care settings. Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Service Manager, or Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care. Strong understanding of NQIP data reporting and compliance. Proven ability to manage and develop a team of RNs and PCWs. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Willingness to relocate to Katherine, NT for the duration of the contract.
