As the Clinical Nurse Manager , you'll provide strong clinical and operational leadership across the facility, ensuring safe, person-centred, and culturally appropriate care for all residents. Oversee clinical governance, care planning, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Manage data collection and reporting for NQIP (National Aged Care Quality Indicators Program) . Ensure culturally safe and inclusive care practices that honour and respect Aboriginal Elders. Collaborate closely with residents, families, GPs, and Allied Health professionals. Promote a workplace culture focused on quality, compassion, and continuous improvement. About You You are a compassionate and confident leader who brings clinical excellence and a strong commitment to person-centred care. Essential Criteria Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in aged care, acute, or chronic care settings. Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Service Manager, or Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care. Strong understanding of NQIP data reporting and compliance. Proven ability to manage and develop a team of RNs and PCWs. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Willingness to relocate to Katherine, NT for the duration of the contract.
